Do we need to migrate all historical transactions?

In most projects, migrating customers, products and opening balances is enough; history stays in the old system or an archive. If you need historical data inside Odoo, we define the scope together by weighing cost against benefit.

Will our operations stop during migration?

All trial imports happen in a test environment. We usually schedule the production import at the start of a month or period, when workload is low.

Can you upgrade our older Odoo version?

Yes. We analyse your database and custom modules, move them to the current Odoo version and test all critical processes before the switch.
